This is a short story, I believe it is  distantly related to the Black Dagger Brotherhood series, but not a part of the series, at least not yet. It is found in the Dead After Dark anthology.

This is a short story, part of the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. it is found in the Insiders Guide to the Black Dagger Brotherhood.
